In this session, you will learn how to run a successful book cover contest that will result in a professional and awesome book cover. Managing a successful book cover contest takes more than just requesting cover ideas. You need to be able to convey the vision you have for your book, give constructive feedback to designers, and ultimately pick a winner that's going to drive sales. I will share what I learned from running my successful book cover contest on 99 Designs, how I honed the design, and narrowed down the entries to get a design that helped sell over 13,000 copies of my middle grade book.
