Always being the new girl at nine schools on two continents was no fun at all so books became the only constant in Karen Guyler’s life. It’s a shame they couldn’t help her get out of sports days. Now settled in Milton Keynes, England—Britain’s best kept secret—she juggles reading with writing, her husband, their children and their partners and two grand-dogs, a much nicer mix.
Karen is a Reiki Master and rolls out her yoga mat as often as she can in between swimming, trekking, cycling and trying to remember to lift weights. If she were ever bored, she could tackle her growing “it’s gone wrong” pile of ambitious knitting and crocheting projects.
